Job Description Job Description Associate Flex Manager Job Duties include: - Manage day to day operations of the facility - Assist in the growth and ultimate performance of the store by maximizing revenue and occupancy - Develop a working knowledge of the Self-Storage industry and company specific products - Handle customer sales, inquires and concerns in a timely and courteous manner - Market the store by use of customer referrals, local businesses and community involvement - Maintain the physical condition of the property in conjunction with the Maintenance Personnel Associate Flex Manager Job Requirements: - At least 2 years of sales or management experience - At least 1 year of Customer Service experience - High School Diploma or equivalent - Expert problem solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Must have a valid Drivers License and willing to travel within to multiple locations within the area Compensation details: 20.5-22 Hourly Wage PI9630d1f38075-25405-40018851
