The Role As a Manufacturing Team Member, youll operate machinery, move materials, and build components that fuel the post-frame building industry. Youll also be part of a morning huddle where we align on the days goals because at Western, every shift starts with purpose. This is a mid-level position ideal for someone who wants to work hard, build their skills, and be part of a team that has each others backs. What Youll Do Operate and maintain production equipment and tools Perform inspections to ensure product quality Follow SOPs and identify workflow improvements Uphold all safety protocols and practices Support your crew help where help is needed Accurately log production, maintenance, and quality issues What You Bring Previous experience in manufacturing or production (preferred) Comfort using hand tools, power tools, or machinery High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow direction Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied temperatures A team-first mindset and desire to grow What You Get Pay: $16$22/hour based on experience PTO & Benefits: Paid sick time, PTO after 6 months, AFLAC short-term disability & accident coverage Gear: WBS apparel, PPE, and a $150 boot credit Development: Ongoing training and leadership growth Culture: A respectful, hardworking, people-first team Who Thrives Here Youll thrive in this role if: You take pride in doing things right the first time Youre a hands-on problem solver who stays calm under pressure You show up on time, ready to work, and dont cut corners Youre coachable and always looking to improve You think like a teamhelping others when they fall behind You value safety, accuracy, and speed You enjoy being active, building things, and seeing results at the end of the day Who This Role is Not For Were serious about excellenceand we move fast.
