Job Description:
Primary Function: Assists in food preparation, serving and
maintaining a clean kitchen and dining room. Supervision:
Supervised by the Food Services Manager $21-$22.50 Per hour
Essential Functions: Prepares and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner
in a sanitary manner and in accordance with departmental policies
and procedures. Organizes and keeps kitchen and dining room clean
and free of safety hazards. Assist with inventory, ensuring that
all items are properly labeled and stored safely. Takes necessary
action to prevent food contamination and avoid food waste. Adheres
to confidentiality laws including 42CFR Part 2, HIPAA and HITECH as
well as all Harmony policies and procedures including Code of
Ethics.
