In this critical role, you will provide specialized nursing care to patients with severe cardiac conditions during overnight shifts. Monitor cardiac and vitals sign, adjusting specialized equipment as necessary Administer medications and maintain patient records Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Implement patient care plans and interventions Respond to life-saving situations, utilizing appropriate protocols Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans Supervise and guide junior nurses and support staff Proficiency in using cardiac monitoring equipment Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments Advanced knowledge of cardiac care procedures and protocols Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license valid in Colorado BLS certified; ACLS preferred CCRN certification is a bonus
