Job Description:

seeking a dedicated and empathetic Adult Psychiatric Nurse to join
our compassionate team. This role involves the specialized care of
adult patients suffering from mental health issues and psychiatric
disorders, ensuring their comfort and helping them towards recovery
in our well-equipped facilities throughout the nation. Our nursing
staff are pivotal to our mission of improving human life by
providing patient-centered, high-quality medical care. Assess,
plan, and provide patient care specific to the adult psychiatric
population. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and
monitor for all medical and psychological side effects. Collaborate
with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare
professionals to formulate treatment plans. Educate patients and
their families on the management of their illness and therapeutic
processes necessary for the patient's recovery. Document all
patient care and behavioral observations thoroughly in patient
medical records. Participate in the development and implementation
of in-service education programs to improve patient outcomes.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of
nursing and patient care. Strong clinical skills with a solid
understanding of mental health diseases and treatments. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. Capability to work under
pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in the use of
medical software for patient care management. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN
license in the state of practice. Certified Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)
certification preferred.
