Description Medical Assistant - Southern Colorado Outpatient
Clinics - Specialty Care Department: Positions available in
specialty care including Cardiology, Ortho, Urology, Neurology, and
more. FTE: 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Full-time
Days, various shifts available Pay: $21.49 - $27.94 / hour. Pay is
dependent on applicant's relevant experience Career Progression:

Incentive Bonus: UCHealth offers a Three Year Incentive Bonus to

and is paid out in October following completion of three years'
employment. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED MA
certification or registration (Medical Assistant I) UCHealth will
hire into a Medical Assistant title in lieu of a Medical Assistant
registration or certification if a candidate possesses: 3 years of
Medical Assistant experience OR is a graduate of an accredited
medical assistant program. BLS - BLS through the American Heart
Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional
Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must

includes, but is not limited to gathering vital signs, specimen
collection, communicating changes in patient condition and general
patient care. Assists to keep care area stocked, cleaned and
orderly. Maintains equipment and medical supplies. Performs
administrative or clerical duties as assigned including filing,
scheduling, data entry and patient registration. We improve lives.
