Intermountain Healthcare is seeking experienced Physical Therapists who specialize in pelvic health to join our compassionate team. This role is critical in assisting patients in managing and overcoming pelvic floor disorders through tailored therapy methods and comprehensive treatment plans. Our Physical Therapists play a vital role in patient recovery and wellbeing, contributing to InterMountain Healthcare's mission of enhancing the health of the communities we serve. Evaluate and diagnose pelvic floor disorders and develop customized treatment plans. Implement patient therapy interventions and monitor outcomes, adjusting treatments as necessary. Educate patients and their families about treatment methods and preventative measures. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain patient documentation accurately and timely according to regulatory and departmental guidelines. Advanced knowledge of pelvic floor therapy techniques and treatments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Adept in using medical software for patient management. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Certification in pelvic floor physical therapy (e.g., Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification) is preferred but not required.
