Assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients who are suffering from respiratory or breathing-related issues Administering aerosol-based medications and operating ventilators Collaborating with specialists to tailor respiratory therapies Educating patients and families on respiratory wellness and care plans Traveling across multiple facilities to provide uniform care standards Managing emergency respiratory care as required Documenting all patient care accurately and completely for treatment planning Advanced knowledge of respiratory care procedures and equipment Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments Proficiency in patient assessment and treatment planning Strong interpersonal and communication skills Skillful handling of respiratory emergencies Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current state Respiratory Therapist License RRT or CRT credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) BLS certified with the American Heart Association ACLs, PALS may also be required by assignment
