UCHealth, a leader in medical excellence in Colorado, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Hyperbaric Medicine to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in administering hyperbaric oxygen therapy to patients as prescribed by a hyperbaric physician, ensuring the best possible patient outcomes. The selected candidate will work in a state-of-the-art facility, utilizing advanced hyperbaric technology to treat a variety of conditions, from chronic wounds to complex infections. Assess patient condition and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated health care delivery. Administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy as outlined in patient treatment plans. Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as necessary. Maintain operation and safety standards of hyperbaric equipment. Document therapy sessions, including patient reactions and treatment outcomes. Educate patients and families about treatments and expected outcomes. Proficient in hyperbaric chamber operation and maintenance Strong understanding of patient care and safety protocols Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team Excellent communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse license Certification in hyperbaric technology or willing to earn within first year of employment
