Job Description Job Description Description: Position Summary We are hiring a full-time Driver to support daily community operations by safely transporting residents to appointments, outings, and community events. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working with seniors. At times, this position will also assist our Activities/Life Enrichment team with programs, events, and outings support. Key Responsibilities Transportation Safely transport residents to scheduled appointments, outings, and community events using company vehicle(s) Assist residents on and off the vehicle as needed, including support with walkers and wheelchairs (as applicable) Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any concerns immediately Maintain trip logs, schedules, and related documentation Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and ready for daily use Activities Support (as needed) Assist Activities/Life Enrichment staff with group programs, special events, and community outings Help with event setup and breakdown (chairs, supplies, room reset) Encourage resident participation and provide respectful, friendly assistance during activities Track outing rosters, attendance, and required paperwork when supporting outings General Follow safety policies, emergency procedures, infection control practices (as applicable), and confidentiality standards Communicate clearly with residents and team members Support other operational needs as assigned Schedule Full-time Typically weekdays, with occasional evenings/weekends as needed for transportation coverage and special events Qualifications Required Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to meet insurability requirements Comfortable assisting seniors, including those using mobility aids Strong communication skills and a calm, safety-first mindset Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs (with reasonable accommodation) Reliable attendance Preferred Experience in senior living, healthcare, transportation, or customer service CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain) Experience driving a van/shuttle and securing wheelchairs (or willingness to learn) What Success Looks Like Residents are transported safely, on-time, and treated with patience and respect Communication is consistent and documentation is accurate Activities support is reliable, upbeat, and helps create a great resident experience Vehicles and equipment are kept clean, safe, and ready to use Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Retirement Plan with Employer Match Paid Time Off (PTO) & Sick Leave (in accordance with Colorado HFWA) Free On-Site Meals POSTING WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL FILLED Stage Coach LLC is operated under management by Signature Assisted Living L.L.L.P Requirements:
