beyond. Join us! Compensation: Salary: $78,000 - $93,000/year
(based on experience) Pay-per-billed-hour: $70-$72/billed hour |
$90 per evaluation | $35-$36/meeting hour Signing or relocation
bonuses: Up to $10,000 Performance incentives: Up to $9,000

evidence-based occupational therapy services to pediatric patients
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized
treatment plans Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and
multidisciplinary team members Provide culturally competent,
family-centered care Complete case management activities consistent
with quality assurance standards Maintain accurate and timely
documentation Participate in team meetings and care coordination
Qualifications: Required: Master's degree or Doctorate in
Occupational Therapy NBCOT certification in good standing Colorado
DORA OT license (or ability to obtain) BLS/CPR certification
Preferred: Pediatric experience (new grads welcome!) Passion for
collaborative, family-centered practice Physical Requirements: Must
be able to sit 1-2 hours, stand/walk 4-6 hours daily, and lift up
