Job Description:
This full-time Physical Therapist position in Grinnell, IA
offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a day shift schedule, Monday to
Friday, with rotating weekends. Responsibilities include conducting
in-home assessments, developing care plans, providing
interventions, and educating patients and caregivers.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure documentation
accuracy, and adhere to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited physical
therapy program, state licensure, one year of relevant experience,
and valid CPR and driver--------s license.
