Job Description:

Provides accurate documentation in medical records and field charts, and responds appropriately in code situations.
Applies professional skills to patient care, communicates treatment plans, and coordinates care with relevant services.
Conducts comprehensive evaluations, designs and implements therapy/treatment plans, and operates treatment devices correctly.
Educates patients and families, teaches identified areas of need, and assesses response to therapy.
Assists patients with adaptive equipment selection and utilizes department-specific software effectively.
Communicates cooperatively within the team, contributes to quality improvement activities, and completes mandatory training on time.
Maintains current licensure/certification, including BLS, and actively participates in departmental meetings.
Requires graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and licensure or eligibility in Washington.
Preferred experience includes work in acute hospital or nursing home settings.
Offers a comprehensive benefits package and pays between $39.86 and $59.79 per hour for an 8-hour shift, in person.
