- Licensed BCBA interested in working with individuals with
special needs.
- Candidates should have a deep appreciation for trauma-informed
care and a commitment to the least aversive methods of behavior
shaping.
- Candidates interested in working in a collaborative
environment, open to learning, and motivated to contribute to a
multidisciplinary team.Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop
individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis
principles.
- Implement and monitor behavioral therapy interventions for
patients, particularly children and individuals with developmental
disabilities.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in
compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient
care and outcomes.
- Provide training and support to RBTs regarding behavioral
health strategies.
- Other duties as assigned by ABA Director.Benefits:
