The Role We are seeking compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapists to join our team- PRN to full-time opportunities available. You'll work with patients in the Denver Metro area (30 mi radius), helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys building strong patient relationships and providing personalized, hands-on care.
What You'll Be Doing - Conducting occupational therapy assessments and ongoing evaluations of patient's physical conditions and functional abilities using OASIS - Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs - Guiding and instructing patients in therapeutic self-care and activities directed toward improving independence and physical and cognitive functioning. - Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to care plans as needed - Building supportive relationships with patients and their families, helping them through each step of their recovery journey - Collaborating with the care team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care

What Makes You a Great Fit - Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program - Valid Colorado Occupational Therapist license - Valid BLS Certification - Experience in home health settings preferred - Exceptional communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care - Licensed driver with current auto insurance and good driving record

Compensation details: 40-70 Hourly Wage
