SummaryChobani is looking for a Director - Business
Transformation to join our Business Transformation team. This role
is designed for a strategic, analytical, and operationally minded
leader who thrives in tackling high-impact, high-complexity, and
high-risk problems across the organization.
The scope of this role is dynamic-our priorities shift as the
business evolves. You'll lead strategic initiatives from inception
to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and
executive leadership to solve the most critical and ambiguous
challenges facing Chobani.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-level strategic initiatives focused on
operational performance, growth, cost optimization, and
transformation
- Diagnose complex business problems through rigorous financial
and operational analysis, hypothesis-driven thinking, and
stakeholder collaboration
- Design and drive execution of solutions, including
implementation planning, cross-functional coordination, and
measurement of results
- Deliver data-driven insights through advanced modeling,
forecasting, and dashboarding that influence executive-level
decisions
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to executive stakeholders
across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
functions
- Adapt to an evolving scope, quickly pivoting focus based on
changing priorities, business risks, and emerging opportunities
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in finance, operations, strategy or
management consulting
- Strong financial modeling and business case development
skills
- Experience leading high-stakes, cross-functional projects in
fast-paced or ambiguous environments
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and deliver
clear, actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence
and align senior stakeholders
- Deep data fluency-comfortable leveraging data to tell a story
and shape decisions
- Operational experience within a CPG, manufacturing, supply
chain, or similar industry is highly preferred
