Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager of Partnerships Marketing to lead and expand our brand partnerships marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue through effective collaborations with strategic partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing and partnership management, with the ability to deliver innovative campaigns that align with company goals.

Partnership Management:

  • Develop & Execute Partnership Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of partnership strategies aligned with brand objectives, working across industries (sports, entertainment, events, etc.) to identify and secure high-impact partnership opportunities
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring successful collaborations, seamless execution, and positive brand associations
  • Contract Negotiation & Management: Oversee negotiations and the execution of partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with contractual obligations
  • Campaign Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the effectiveness of partnership campaigns, providing detailed insights and recommendations for optimization

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work with Marketing Teams: Collaborate closely with social media, creative, and PR teams to ensure that partnership marketing initiatives integrate seamlessly with broader marketing campaigns
    • Budget & Resource Allocation: Manage partnership marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and ROI optimization

      Market Research & Trend Analysis:

      • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a pulse on industry trends, emerging platforms, and the evolving landscape of marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive
      • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine our own approach to partnerships and collaborations
        Skills, Experience and Requirements

        Education and Experience:
        • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
        • 4-6 years of experience in partnership management, or a related field, preferably within a consumer-facing brand or agency

          Skills and Qualifications:
          • Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of successful partnership campaigns, partnership negotiations, and strategic collaborations.
          • Strong Negotiation Skills: Experience negotiating contracts and securing partnerships with various stakeholders, including media partners and brands.
          • Creative Mindset: Ability to think strategically while maintaining a creative approach to campaign development and execution.
          • Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
          • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling presentations and collaborate across teams.
          • Team Player: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

            Preferred Skills:
            • Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
            • Familiarity with contract management and partnership activation processes.
            • Experience with brand partnerships in a specific industry (e.g., lifestyle, tech, fashion, sports, etc.).

              Salary Ranges

              Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

              The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.

              Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
