for ensuring competence and continuity through optimum talent
selection, training, professional development, motivational
techniques and performance management. Has overall responsibility
for developing and administering performance standards for multiple
organizational units. Oversees processes and procedures to
implement functional strategies. Develops financial and operational
objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business
objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a
greater degree of impact on business results and typically manages
one or more groups of professional employees.Job DescriptionCore
ResponsibilitiesEnsures sales volumes among existing accounts are
maintained or increased. Increases bottom line by ensuring
continuous, well researched and targeted prospecting through the
collaboration with other functional leads.Oversees and provides
direction when consulting with new and existing clients. Works with
Account Executives to conduct needs analyses for clients and
assists Account Executives with developing marketing solutions,
strategies etc.Oversees customers and prospects in attaining their
goals through proper utilization of Company products and services
and ensures goodwill between customers and the Business.Creates and
implements Ad Sales Business Development operational strategies,
policies and procedures. Oversees changes in operational
strategies, policies and procedures.Attends, participates in and
leads sales meetings, training programs and conferences as directed
and needed.Develops, plans and coordinates seminars, sale incentive
plans and other strategies to achieve business unit
objectives.Works with market leaders to ensure Account Executives
achieve their full potential. Acts as a mentor and provides career
direction as well performance reviews.Consistent exercise of
independent judgment and discretion in matters of
significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be
able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime
as necessary.Other duties and responsibilities as
