Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. Seeking a Registered
Behavior Technician (RBT) with bilingual skills for a short-term
contract assignment in a preschool setting. This role supports
young learners aged 3-5 years in a dynamic school environment
located in Broomfield, CO, focusing on implementing behavior
intervention plans to promote positive outcomes. Assignment
Details: Location: Broomfield, CO Duration: March 30th, 2026 to
April 24th, 2026 (1-month contract) Schedule: Morning session 7:50
AM 10:50 AM; Afternoon session 11:50 AM 2:50 PM Caseload: 17
students in the morning; 13 students in the afternoon Student Age:
Preschool, ages 3-5 years Setting: School-based behavioral support
program Key Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention
strategies under the supervision of a behavior specialist Provide
direct support to preschool students with diverse behavioral needs
Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress Collaborate
with educators and specialists to tailor interventions Utilize
bilingual communication skills effectively with students and staff
Desired Qualifications: Current Registered Behavior Technician
(RBT) certification Bilingual proficiency to support diverse
learners Experience working with preschool-aged children in
educational settings Strong understanding of behavior intervention
techniques Ability to manage time effectively across multiple
