(Elementary Middle School) AnthroMed Education is a growing group
of Speech-Language Pathologists in schools who provide the speech

and growing their careers! Location: Aurora, CO (Full-Time) Grade
Level: Elementary & Middle School (2 buildings) Salary Range:
$52-68/hour (based on qualifications and experience)
Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice,
and fluency disorders to understand their impact on learning.
Develop and implement IEP goals using creative, student-focused
therapy approaches in both individual and group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to
create strategies and accommodations that support student success.
Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and keep clear, timely
documentation. Design service plans that reflect the speech and
language demands of the curriculum and integrate into students’
educational programs. Participate in professional learning and
contribute as a valued member of the school community. Support we
provide our SLPs: Bi-weekly team meetings with other AnthroMed SLPs
to network and problem-solve. Ongoing 1:1 caseload support and
mentorship with our SLP Clinical Support Director. Access to a
robust materials database and annual materials stipend. 100%
reimbursement for ASHA dues and Colorado licensure fees. Frequent

Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or
Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid School Speech-Language
Pathologist licensure through CDE Prior school/pediatric experience
preferred, but not required Benefits: AnthroMed team members who
