Director, Credit Risk Administration to join our team! Are you

Credit Administration team to deliver comprehensive solutions that

position today. What You Will Do: Credit Risk Assessment and
Measurement - Oversee risk models, credit scoring systems, and
portfolio stress testing to ensure accurate risk evaluation and
regulatory compliance. Regulatory Compliance and Audit Preparation
- Maintain adherence to BASEL III, ICFR, and Reg B standards, and
lead preparation for external audits and examinations. Risk
Analytics and Monitoring - Track key risk indicators, covenant
compliance, and portfolio performance, providing actionable
insights and recommendations. DRR Implementation and Early Warning
Systems - Refresh credit scores, monitor portfolio migration, and
develop early warning processes to identify emerging risks. Loan
Review Oversight - Direct the loan review process, including One-Up
approvals and post-close memo reviews, to maintain credit quality.
Problem Loan Management - Lead discussions and strategies for
problem loans prior to workout, including migration analysis and
forecasting. Risk Training and Team Leadership - Develop training
programs to strengthen risk assessment and compliance, while
managing and coaching a small team. What You Bring: Credit risk
management principles Regulatory frameworks (BASEL III, ICFR) Loan
review and underwriting standards Portfolio stress testing and
analytics Consumer and small business credit scoring Data analysis
and interpretation Risk modeling and forecasting Audit preparation
and compliance management Leadership and team development Strategic
problem-solving and decision-making Identify emerging credit risks
Communicate complex risk insights clearly Collaborate across
lending and credit teams Develop early warning systems Drive
process improvement and compliance Education Level Education/Degree
Details Required or Preferred High School Diploma/ GED Required
Bachelor's Degree Required Experience Length Experience Details
Required or Preferred 10-15 years Progressive experience in credit
risk management within banking or financial services. Experience
with regulatory compliance frameworks and proven ability to lead
loan review processes, problem loan management and risk analytics
reporting. Required 0-3 years Management of Teams Preferred What

Range: $134,000 - $228,000/YR Job Classification: Full-Time Exempt
